As the awarding of the next Pottermore House Cup approaches, we’re sure you’ve all been brewing and duelling as much as possible to earn house points, to help lead your house to victory. If you haven’t noticed already, we’ve added a few features to Duelling Club and Potions Class:
New areas to comment
You can now comment in Duelling Club and Potions Class to share your experiences with your friends, give hints and tips or gain help from others.
More choice on who to challenge
You can now challenge other students to a duel directly from the new comments area in Duelling Club, even if you’re not yet friends.
A new way to gift ingredients
Keen potion brewers who are in need of potions ingredients can now request them in the new comments section of Potions Class, and fellow students can oblige and give ingredients directly, simply by clicking the ‘send gift’ link.
See others’ duelling ability
You can now check an opponent’s average spell-casting potency before you challenge them to a duel, so that you can select students with a similar skill level to your own; and you can even find out what their favourite spell is to cast.
See others’ potion-brewing ability
You can now view the total amount of potions a fellow student has brewed, and which is their favourite potion to brew!
With the awarding of the House Cup just around the corner, and all these new features to enjoy, there’s never been a better time to revisit pottermore.com and earn points for your house by duelling and brewing potions.
